Captain Antonio de Noli was a navigator from the Republic of Genoa.
In April, 1478, Captain de Noli commandeered the Basilisk, a carrack carrying top-of-the-line Florentine textiles westbound. Girolamo Riario made "an arrangement" with Captain de Noli so that he would take him to the New World. When they arrived in South America, they were shipwrecked and it is unknown what happened to the Captain.

- Historically, Antonio de Noli (1415? — 1497?) was a Genoese nobleman and navigator in the employ of Portugal, on behalf of Henry the Navigator. It was in this capacity that he discovered some of the Cape Verde islands, and was made the first governor of the earliest European overseas colony in Subsaharan Africa, by King Afonso V of Portugal.
